Walk the property
We look at the roofline, the trees, the entry and where the power actually is. Free, and it is how the quote gets made.
Install it
Ladders, clips, wiring and timers are ours. Lines stay straight and cords stay out of sight.
Keep it lit
A bulb dies or a run sags in December, we come back out. That is included, not an add-on.
Take it down
Booked at the same time as the install, so it comes down on schedule and gets stored properly.

Every quote is custom, because the price follows the house — roofline length, how many stories, tree count, and how much of the property you want lit. We do not give phone estimates. The on-site walkthrough is free and takes about twenty minutes, and you get a written number from it.
Do you provide the lights, or do you use ours?
Either works. If you already own lights we will look at them during the walkthrough and tell you honestly whether they will hang cleanly. Most premium installs come out better when the materials are chosen around the house.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes, and takedown is booked at the same time as the install so it actually happens on schedule. We remove everything, including clips, and store the run properly if the lights are yours.
How early should we book?
Earlier is better. Install windows fill from the outside in once the season starts, and party dates go first. If you want lights up by a specific weekend, say so when you request the quote.
Which areas do you serve?
Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, West Austin, Dripping Springs and Cedar Park, plus the Hill Country neighborhoods between them. If you are near that radius, call and we will confirm your address.
Can you work two-story and hillside Hill Country homes?
Yes. Steep driveways, terraced lots and split rooflines are the normal job out here, not the exception. Access and anchor points are the first thing we work out on the walkthrough.
Do you do more than rooflines?
Yes. Trees, gates, walkways, entries, wreaths, interior decorating and party setups all go into the same quote.
